Everything as advertised. Room felt slightly larger than others in the area. Clean, functional, comparatively inexpensive. Although not normally a problem in London, during our stay it was uncomfortably hot especially during the night (25-28 degrees). Also, the lift was out of order.

Location was brilliant, beds comfortable, fan provided, hairdryer provided, decent shower Tea and coffee making facilities are needed, towels provided which was bonus, however some of the towels were stained and had holes.

Comfortable clean room and shower room. The bed was very comfortable. Staff pleasent and helpful. It is in very good location. I was pleased with my stay.

Closer to the Victoria Coach Station Beds are comfortable Friendly staff Room was very basic. Not even an electric kettle was provided. Room was very noisy due the vehicles on the road

Location wise it was very handy for the tube and everything The lift was broken and the stairs were so narrow to get a suitcase up them. No offer to help with our luggage. It was very very warm in the room and we were provided with a fan which blew dust everywhere when turned on. The shower door broke the first time we used it. It was like staying in an attic

The beds were comfy and the rooms were quiet and dark The room was very basic. The bathroom was not acceptable really. Lots of moulds, shower parts falling off, water leaking, cracked base. Bathroom had rust on radiator and was not very clean.

Convenient location. The linen have bubbles, carpet looks dirty and dusty, electric fan is very dirty. Other guests and the cleaner closing the doors very loudly even late at night!

Elevator broken (we were on the 4th floor) and incredibly difficult with lots of luggage in the intense London heat during our stay, completely unacceptable. No air conditioning or fan in the room, a particularly uncomfortable night, with almost no sleep.
