Location Uncomfortable beds, not great breakfast

The location People are living in these rooms, and with all the stuff and smell, it looks really messy. Some residents are walking at midnight without consideration for others, seemingly feeling entitled to make as much noise as they wish Or keeping the light on all night!

The location was good near coach station We are an older couple and saw it had a lift but the lift did not go to the floors and rooms but in between and I cannot climb stairs. It was very difficult for me plus no heating in the rooms we were very cold also breakfast was in a basement room with no lift but a lot of stairs. So no breakfast. We were very disappointed

The room was clean with a beautiful view! Free WiFi, free towels, clean toilets, and a good breakfast are included in the price! All was perfect for one hostel!

Close to Victoria Station, that was nice. Breakfast was also good. The card key didn't work twice (I don't know the reason).

Location to Victoria C Sta Not too crowded Free towel Helpful staff Stairs, small lift No single room available Long stay guests on devices late PM, Early hrs! Oe guy munching noises in bed, on laptop! Then had the week to move my alarm clock into a cupboard, ticks disturbed him! What ur eating/devices on all hrs., leaving lights on and going in/out. He even was in my draw! On confronting him,he said, soz bro, thought u asleep. Reported to staff,no concessions offered? Single Room grd.fl. would be better,not available .
