It turned out to be a very comfortable room with all of the basic amenities that would be required for a busy touristy trip for a family. I think there was a lot of dust in the room. I'm not sure if it was the curtains or the carpeting or the headboards, but we were sneezing quite a bit

Excellent location next to Victoria station. Really appreciated the self service laundry facilities and the flexibility of cooking in room with the well appointed facilities.

Clean and friendly. Room had no electricity when we returned to it after dinner in the evening. It was fine before we left. Came back on after 5 minutes which was weird. Also the fridge was somehow turned off and stayed off all night. Managed to somehow turn it back on in the morning. Instructions for this need to be made clear.
