One of the best hotels in London. Excellent breakfasts and very convenient transport links — you can easily get anywhere in the city by bus. The hotel is exceptionally clean, cosy and comfortable. The housekeeping is impeccable.

Excellent location. Near transit hubs, dining, and West End theaters. The buffet breakfast was very good as well. Our room was very well insulated from outdoor and adjacent room sounds. Bed was very comfortable. Confusing hotel layout due to the fact that the hotel is built over a street and going from one side of the hotel to the other requires the usage of multiple elevators/staircases. No washcloths provided in the bathrooms. Only bath towels and hand towels. Bathroom also did not appear to have an exhaust fan which resulted in a post-shower foggy mirror.

I loved the breakfast!! location was excellent very close to Victoria train station!! Breakfast was in another building but it was not a big deal. I Just crossed the street and I got there.

Very comfortable stay with easy access to trains, subway and buses at Victoria station. Fantastic breakfast buffet each morning Timers on some of the electric circuits in room were set too short

Very modern clean I absolutely did not like the layout. It was very confusing. It wasn't clearly signed and from reception even though they wrote a little map we got lost three times before actually get our room. We also got lost going to breakfast and trying to get out of the hotel as well. And it's only because of the layout is so confusing going up and down to various levels is the only reason why I'm not coming back to this hotel.

The room was lovely with very large beds. Clean with plenty of towels, we could have done with another mug for tea. Trying to find the room was very confusing.

Great rooms. Modern design and applications. Stylish. Air con great. The corridors outside room were like an echo chamber, with noise from other guests' reverberating. Had to wait till past midnight for ease of sleep. All very well having super modern design but the basics of sound control (e.g. some carpet) are missing. Sadly I would not return for this reason, despite the great room. Hugely busy breakfast room - like an airport lounge.

Modern clean light and airy fantastic this is my second stay and I will definitely be back !!!!!! The staff are amazing all so smartly dressed and very pleasant and polite friendly and professional. Everything is so well organised. The breakfast room is so well managed the staff should be proud of themselves. Nothing!!!
