It had a lovely inviting warmth, was extremely comfortable and the decor and artwork exceptional. I was staying on my own and felt very safe there and the position was ideal for what I wanted to do I can’t think of anything that I disliked about it

Good location Was highly recommended but didn’t live up to that. After requesting a quiet room as we had just travelled long haul, Was given a room outside the lift. Noisy! So changed rooms.

The Room was fabulous -airy -comfortable and Wonderfull to stay in! The location is brilliant -perfect for us as we were eating near by. Staff.... well they are totally the best from door man -receptionist and a Wonderfull chap Nnamdi who was totally fabulous nothing

Well located and friendly staff. Old and room not at expected level. First room we got was giving to the back of the building which was extremely ugly. Then we were moved to a room (310) which had the tiniest bathroom. Considering the price we paid, this is disappointing. We obviously did not asked to change a 3rd time our room but after a while we regretted it.
