Absolutely nothing! Where do I start, curtains hanging off the wall, wallpaper stuck back on with tape as the damp had made it peel off, curled up carpets, lights falling apart, filthy windows with cobwebs all over. And the best part, I found they hadn’t put any toilet roll in the bathroom…. Too late!! I told the night manager, he said yes he knew all of the above!! Appalling

The location and the quietness Very small ,accessed by large uneven steps, half the lights didn't work and the table was covered in cigarette burn marks. Also the hotel has a different name now but I wasn't informed .

Amazing staff and hotel space, location was brilliant. Stayed in the Chalet and it was lovely but the shower needs some work.
