It is in a central place and cheap. If you need to spend 1 night and do not want to spend much it is ok. Linen were clean and the bed ok The bathroom was not completely functioning and rusty. The kitchenette was IN the bathroom and I would never cook there. Less dirty than some reviews have said but still overall quite dirty

The location is fantastic. Right across the street from the train station, walking distance to many restaurants and a Tesco Express nearby. The location is the only positive and reason for the overall score being a 4/10, rather than a 2 or 3 for us. - A big selling point for us, other than the location, was the advertised free luggage storage before/after your stay. We were unable to reach anyone about using this service, and there were no responses to our messages through the Booking app. - No soap or advertised “free toiletries” to be found on the couple of floors we explored. No soap in our room or in the showers, so washing hands after using the toilets was at best a vigorous rinse, which is unhygienic. - I felt worse off after my “shower” experience than if I had not showered at all. The shower space was very small and dirty, and the drain was clogged, so you are instantly left standing in a pool of dirty, hairy water. No soap in the dispensers. The shower head did not stay up, so the water was spraying from about 4 feet/1.2 meters. - The door to our room didn’t close/latch unless you pulled it close. - There was only one tiny toilet stall on each of the floors that we explored, and the doors did not actually lock/fully latch on some, and the light bulbs were burnt out on others.

The only redeeming quality was Pedro's service, as he was very proactive and helped with the towels that were missing from the room. Another young man at reception was very impatient and a very difficult person to talk to. The cleanliness was awful, the room was dirty and full of dust, the bathroom was filthy and unusable due to lack of cleanliness, not to mention there was no electricity (as can be seen in the attached photos), as well as the shower stall which was full of hair and deplorably unclean, the room was full of dust, I was only able to sleep one night at the hotel, later I rented another accommodation because the place was uninhabitable. The price is extremely high for what was provided.

The shower’s & bathroom are decent & clean, everything is worth the money except the mattress, the mattresses are terrible and gave me back pain The mattress was terrible, my back literally hurt from staying on that bed for four nights

Only bonus was private rooms Dirty rooms, terrible gross showers, unclean toilets and no toilet paper.

Proximity to the train station was key! The fire alarm system just outside the door beeped the entire night. Staff attempted to get it to stop, but we're unsuccessful. The soap dispensers at the toilet and shower were empty, and half of the light bulbs were burned out. The power outlet near the bed didn't work.

Location was great and security was pretty good with coded entry. I didn't expect 5* accomodation for the price but the bed was soaking wet, both pillows and sheet. The window was wide ooen and could not be closed as it was attached to the (filthy) curtains in a complex hanging of cords. The shared toilet had no toilet paper and there was a pile of dirty laundry stacked up on the tiny landing that served three rooms. I slept fully clothed for as long as I could bear it before leaving as early as possible.

Location - just 3-4 minutes away from kings cross Terrible mattress, mouldy ceilings, cleaning products left on the floor, some lights didn't work, opening the door for the toilet meant you couldn't get to the shower at the same time (I was one, but if you're two and one is in the shower, they can't open the door if the toilet door is open). Also, no sign of any humans in the premises on arrival
