Brilliant location for being in the Kings Cross & St Pancreas area. Comfortable place to lay myself down for a night whilst in London with work.

Bad

I liked the proximity to St Pancras/Kings Cross train stations. The body wash dispenser was broken. (I just used the shampoo dispenser.) I couldn’t use the bathroom mirror. The bottom of it was above my head. I don’t like when there isn’t room to open a suitcase so you can’t even move around. The mattress needs to be replaced. Worst of all though was the room was hot. They didn’t have any box fans. They need to install lighted ceiling fans and I think that would make the room cool enough.

We stayed here overnight before catching the train to Paris. The room was quite small, with tea making facilities and Wi-Fi available. The Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The location was good. The room was quite small, and I wouldn't like to stay here more than one night. Storage was limited, especially for suitcases. There was a park opposite that appeared to have homeless people living there.

Good location for the euro star Our room was in the basement and it all Smelt very damp. A bit dark and dingy with pots of Paint in the hallway. Super basic stay for the price we paid

Unfortunately the only positive about this place was it's close proximity to the train station. I made a request in advance for a room on a lower floor. We were allocated a room on the top (third) floor. No lifts. The room and bathroom were unclean, there was no way I was taking a shower in that cubicle. The floor in the room sloped considerably. The bed was ridiculously soft and when laying on the bed, you could feel the gradient of the sloping floor, I spent the night clinging to the side of the mattress so as not to roll towards my daughter whom I was sharing with. Very thin curtains and a huge gap down the side of the bedroom door with the hallway light on all night meant that the light shone right in our eyeline when trying to sleep.

Location was fine and the room and sheets clean. Very small room. No soap available in the shower. Loo roll dispenser missing. No glass for drinking water through the night. Lino floor in need of replacement. See above

Exceptional

Great location just 5 minutes walk from Kings Cross. Perfect for getting the tube to Wembley. Really comfortable beds and room was big enough for our one night stay. I always strip my bed when leaving a hotel and was disappointed to find the duvet inside the cover was really stained. Aside from this everything else about the hotel was clean and comfortable.
-
Close to Tube . Great price clean and comfy.Helpful staff. Would stay again A tad on the small side. And the Room we had booked wasn't available but the Room we were given did the job. ( Helpfull staff would stay again )
-
Great location to the station. Comfortable beds Room big enough Slight delay in check out. Non blackout curtains
-
Basic, small, but comfortable, room was clean. Could do with updating, floors and carpets are not great
-
Location Terrible mattress. Not supportive - very uncomfortable.
-
The location is fantastic, just across St. Pancras. Ideal when travelling with the Eurostar. The bathroom was a little bit on the small side.
-
Convince to the train station, helpful staff member Having to use the bathroom with no lights in the night.
-
The room was exceptional with a double and single bed.
-
Staff friendly and helpful. Great location, so close to Kings Cross, but really quiet and calm. Room and bathroom very small! Single bed did not have a very substantial mattress. One towel was supplied - I would have liked a hand towel as well.
