Near major train stations and Big Bus stop which with the pass, we got to see so much in London on a boat, bus and the free walking tours. The park across from the hotel had some people that made it better to walk a street over to avoid walking either side of the park. Not the hotel's issue though. Just a recommendation. We had all we needed for a great price here. Very narrow stairs to our room but we packed light.

It has to be the smallest hotel room I've ever been in there was literally 2 feet on each side of the bed and only 3 feet in the front, and if you drop a bar of soap, you had to open the door in the shower to bend down to get it.

Booked this hotel as was travelling on the Euro Star. Very good location. Spotlessly clean and very helpful, friendly staff. Only thing I didn't like, the the bathroom was very small

It was very clean, had all the amenities, and friendly staff. Room and bathroom size was small, but I got a good night's sleep. Refreshments were restocked.

Staff friendly and efficient, and carried suitcases down and up the narrow stairs to our basement rooms. Rooms were small but as there was only one of us, and one suitcase, in each room, and we only stayed one night, it was tolerable. We also knew this before choosing this hotel so no good moaning! The room, bedding, ensuite were all clean. There was an openable window which I really appreciate. Handy for Eurostar. Nice biscuits. Rooms were small but as stated - we knew this before booking. The room on the front of the hotel had a thoroughly depressing outlook - but we weren't there for the view! The price - daylight robbery to this country bumpkin!!

Superb location, spotless rooms and international sockets so no need to bring adapters. Excellent transport to the rest of the city and lots of breakfast options in the area. Will definitely stay there again! The bathroom is tiny

Warm welcome. Clean and comfortable room. We really liked the filtered bottle water - a nice touch. Quiet despite its central location. Excellent shower. Very handy for Eurostar and local pubs and restaurants. Coffee machine in reception was a nice touch but we didn't have time to try it. Ensuite was tiny (but very clean).

Clean room, sparkling & still water and tea/coffee making facilities. Location was great. Ideal for one night after a concert and close to train station
