Very convenient location. has everything you need for a night's stay near Kings Cross station at a budget, including tea/coffee making facilities. You get what you pay for- my double room was minuscule in size, with a small double bed, but had a big window opening onto a view of the park, an ensuite bathroom with the tiniest sink ever, but a shower that worked fine. I did not eat breakfast, so cannot comment on it. The so-called double bed was tiny, as was the room, with hardly any room to keep a suitcase or just to move. I was glad I am short- anybody over 5ft in height would be bumping their elbows and knees against the furniture and walls.

Room, beds, shower, and very hot. No extra fans.

Convenient for St Pancras - a little difficult with large amounts of luggage

Rude staff!!

Location and friendly staff

the room was small. cramped and cold for 3 people. the bedside table was broken, not enough towels for our use,

Everywhere was kept very clean & tidy, and the hotel felt very secure . Ideal for Saint Pancras Station at a reasonable price The shower room lacked a shower mat . As an older person stepping out with wet feet onto the tile floor it was very slippery. Some yogurt would be good on the breakfast buffet.

location was perfect for my needs

Near St Pancras International Station, Kings Cross & Euston Underground, luggage storage for 5 pound Bed matras, noisy on streetside

Location was excellent. The room is small, but very clean and beds were comfortable. The staff was very nice & welcoming

We liked the location We didn’t like the ridiculous price for this very tiny room in the basement, which cost us $300 for the night
-
The bed was more like a stretcher on wheels than an actual bed

The location close to king’s cross and St Pancras rail stations . The breakfast room . Tiny rooms and showers . Only one small bath towel . No hand towel nor wash cloth. Only one small bar of soap not replaced . The view on the wall. The heater which comes on late but is contrôlable . The lack of space for a suitcase . No chair but a stool .

Decent sized desk. Multiple drawers and some hanging space. Freeview TV that had a HDMI port. There was a kettle and the tea service also included milk servings. They do daily service so although there was only one medium towel, it got replaced the next day (and I got two). The shower has space to put toiletries and there was a shelf by the sink big enough to put things on - which is something a lot of places at a similar price range simply don't think about. For a single room it felt spacious and it was a pleasantly quiet room. It was incredibly convenient for Kings Cross & St Pancras stations, with plenty of food options nearby (walk towards Bloomsbury or Angel for more independents) and there was a Morrison's Daily about 3 minutes walk away (convenience store). The front desk was manned 24/7. I would stay again. The room was a bit worn but generally comfortable. The shower would benefit from a foot mat, as well as an adjustable showerhead. The shower was fixed high up, so that the water stream barely grazed my head (172cm). Although the shower head could be detached this would require one-handed showering. The radiator seemed to be on a timer - it came on in the morning but it was quite chilly as I tried to get to sleep (it was 9° outside).

Simple, straightforward, everything it should be. -

Location Nothing it was perfect

Close to tube station Room was tiny, hot, and smelled bad. Was charged extra for a “misconduct” that wasn’t even my fault

The location is super close to kings cross station without feeling like its right in the middle of the business and the noise. Its an easy walk to the station which gives you access to all the train lines there in London for easy transportation. It is located on a quiet street with a park just across which makes it feel quiet and relaxing. The property itself was very affordable for a family of 6! Breakfast was an additional charge of $5 per day per person which we paid. It was simple but very filling and worth the convenience. The staff was very helpful, very knowledgeable, and was always on hand if something was needed. We would stay here again for our next trip to London. There was free wifi, but was very hit or miss in our basement room. It is also an older hotel, so I would say if you are looking for someplace that is more handicap accessible this would not work due to the narrowness and amt of stairs. It is no problem for someone abled bodied.
