We come to this fancy hotel every time that we pass through London. The design is unique. The staff very kind. The rooms unique in design and perfectly comfortable. The bed embrace you amd give you a perfect sleep. The location, near St.Pancras International and KGX, very well placed. What else? Impossible to find.

Lovely quirky hotel that feels comfortable and welcoming, loved the downstairs area and the drinks and snacks available all the time. The staff were really helpful, and it was great to be able to leave luggage on arrival and departure days with it being so near Kings Cross. There is no lift so if you struggle with stairs it would be difficult. Also I feel they could do more to encourage people to hang out in their bar area rather than encouraging them I’ve to hocus pocus. The Gyle bar area is lovely!

Nice and cool vibe Bit cramped

Great location, really close to Kings Cross and public transportation. Friendly personnel. Interesting design. Some of the rooms are in the basement and ours was right underneath the front door of the hotel. We looked at a wall and had to keep blinds shat so people walking by could not peek right in. Could not leave window open cause didn’t feel save since easy access from street. Should have at least a curtain you can’t see through.

I was completely pleasantly surprised by my stay at The Gyle! First and foremost, the bed and pillows were so comfortable, and the room was spotlessly clean. After staying in a "5-star" name-brand hotel in Mayfair for a week, my two nights at The Gyle were so much nicer and more comfortable. The breakfast service was lovely, and the lounge was nice to work in, with plenty of outlets and a charming, welcoming vibe. Steps away from St. Pancras and Kings Cross, it was easy to get around, with tons of dining options nearby. Not applicable. Everything was great.

Boutique style, friendly staff and beautiful decor. We really enjoyed our stay It would be nice to have one bright light in the too . The dim lighting creates a beautiful ambiance, but for reading and applying makeup a brighter light setting would have been amazing

It was stylish and small with a boutique feel. The location felt unsafe - in 24 hours we were in the middle of a knife crime incident, and saw people taking drugs (one injected next to the hotel) The breakfast wasn’t very good. It wasn’t even continental - very poor. I’ve had a better selection in cheaper hotels. Also, it was hidden up in fridges and we were not told about anything, just ‘yeh sit anywhere and help yourself’ - to the two pastries left and scraping of the bottom of the porridge pot.
