Excellent location for King's Cross. Helpful, friendly staff. Room basic but clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast basic and ended at 9:30 which was a bit early on the weekend

Comfortable bed, hot shower, good tea and coffee provided, convenient location.

Close proximity to my office. Staff are quite friendly and the room is kept clean Unfortunately, the room had the smell of mold. I didn’t mention anything to Reception since it was manageable. The bathroom has a fan so not sure if it’s from the bathroom or elsewhere.

Very comfortable and cozy, all amenities and the personal were very kind they even allow us to pack some breakfast food to take away due to our early train booking. Nothing

Decent location, comfortable enough beds. I did not like the check-in process: -If I had known I was not allowed to have guests over, I would not have stayed in the room. It was very rainy during my stay, and having to leave the room just to meet with friends was a hassle. -The system of leaving the key at the desk was a bit weird. I was told to leave my key even if I was just stepping out for a moment to smoke or have a snack. I have never had to do that at any other hotel in my life.

The bed was comfy and the room was quite big. The shower was really nice and there was plenty of towels and other consumables available. The shower cubicle was quite small so you can't step out of the water under the overhead unless you turn it off and switch to the handheld.

Exceptional

Workers were friendly answered all my questions. Took the time to listen and helped out. Room was clean, spacy. Breakfast was delicious and handy to start off the day. I will be definitly be back. Location is good central of shops, supermarket and food places. Very convenient with public transportation. 6 minutes walk from the train station. I didn't like leaving a copy of my ID with all my personal information. Don't have a good feeling about that. I understood it will be kept for 3 months which is very long. This was not in writing on the site. Actually would be better by check out all information be deleted for safety for the clients. Later i read online leaving a copy behind is not a obligation. At the moment i thought it was a must.

The receptionist Muhammad Haque was pleasant, friendly and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and was always happy to assist with any questions. His excellent customer service made a real difference to our experience. I would definitely give him 5 stars! and the location was great!!

Nice cosy room with all facilities I required. Room was too hot.

It was close to the location where I needed to be. Bed was comfortable. It was clean enough. The host was pleasant and let me stay in the luggage area / breakfast area waiting for check in. The neighbourhood was a little off putting due to the large number of people with addictions coming to do their thing in the park opposite. I never felt unsafe but it was a very disturbing sight from the window. The room was tiny and there was not a lot of room downstairs to sit around, maintenance bags with towels and other items was everywhere, a bit untidy.

Very helpful and friendly welcome at reception. Excellent location for overnight stay before early morning Eurostar. Lovely, comfortable bed.

Locality to the tube/station Despite being a very basic and compact room, it was clean and comfortable, shower was good. Has tea/coffee provided with kettle. I felt safe as a single traveller knowing there was 24 hour reception Breakfast is not a cooked meal but they did offer quite a selection on the buffet Noise from the square below, clearly homeless/drug use until late hours. Not great noise reduction from adjacent rooms but I suppose give the price this is acceptable. Having said that I would book again if I'm in London for the fact it is a budget hotel and it was clean

Ideally situated for King's Cross. Clean. Quiet. We went mid week. Good value.
