The staff were warm and friendly and very helpful. The room was beautiful and clean. Nice little touches upon arrival. A sandwich and a complimentary jar of fortnum and masons jam. My room was in the basement and was very quiet. Great location too. Could not fault the place. The only thing I could say, is due to the high tech light switch system, when everything is turned off for sleep, they glow in the dark, which being a light Sleeper, they lit the room up a bit.

Staff were really helpful, nothing was ever a bother. The morning tea and paper were a lovely touch as well as the complimentary F&M items. Rooms had an ironing board, fridge, microwave etc. mini bar (dry) was stocked and free of charge. All lovely touches. Great location to King’s Cross so perfect for the train and tubes.

The staff were so so friendly and made lovely extra touches. The room had everything we needed and the location was perfect for exploring London. Even though its so close to the station, its a nice quiet and pretty area. Also, the dog at reception is gorgeous and loving too! A full length mirror and a fan in the room would have made the stay perfect.

Location was excellent. The security lock on the window had been reasons could be opened fully. This was slightly alarming as only found this out on the morning after our first night, so we’re concerned that access could have been made whilst we slept and also whilst we were out of our room on Friday night at dinner and the theatre.
