Great location - close to St Pancras International but still felt quiet and sheltered. Near some great bars and restaurants too. The reception staff were really pleasant and helpful. Nothing to report. It doesn’t have a lift and we were originally booked onto the third floor, but that was my fault - I should have asked when booking (I have arthritis) and it’s a Georgian townhouse so of course it doesn’t have a lift. Despite it being my fault they found us a room on the ground floor.

The location of the hotel was for us the main reason being close the Kings Cross station. The people were great. Brought our suitcases up to the 3rd floor as there is no elevator. It was a very small room with ample storage space but okay. The main downfall was that it was a hot day in London and the room had no airco just a fan which made it unbearable. The bathroom also very small and no lock on the door the washbasin was located not in the bathroom but in bedroom. So we did expect more from it

Rooms were small but ideal for one person on a short stay. Very clean. Friendly staff and great location for Kings Cross. Good shops around. Has iron and ironing board downstairs. Request a lower ground room if you don't like stairs!

Clean. Matches the description. Close to the train station. Good shower. Decent for a 1 night crash. The room is very small. But I was prepared for that. There's almost no soundproofing. You can hear everything what's going on in the other rooms.
