A good value, safe and quiet space for those who want to be central. If you just need your room for a sleep and shower this is perfect! Steep narrow stairs down to my room. I was fine but other may struggle with luggage.

24 hour reception and nice staff, who made us a cup of tea in the courtyard on arrival. Clean and comfortable beds. Very small bedroom and bathroom, and you could hear everything from adjoining rooms. Paint work and windows in need of upgrade.

The staff are always lovely there, we’ve been twice now and it has been lovely both times. They are always friendly and have a smile on their faces and always more than happy to help. The only issues I had was the room sometimes felt way warmer then outside which the staff obviously can’t help and if you are tall you might struggle with the toilet as it’s located right near the sink so can be difficult to sit.

Brilliant location for us for attending a concert at Wembley and arriving at King’s Cross train station. The room was clean, comfortable and pleasant enough. However very small. Myself and my daughter are only petite short people. Anyone of average height or build would struggle. We were only there overnight as we didn’t have a lot of luggage etc so was ok but longer stays in this type of room would be tricky.

Location. Nothing else. Tiny room.The bed was hard and uncomfortable and small.Bathroom fan was so noisy and really sloped roof on bathroom. This is a budget hotel not midrange. We will not go back.

The location is perfect near King's Cross Station and St. Pancras Station - so many trains to the airports and so many metro lines. It was very clean and comfortable, the staff were really nice. There is a possibility to store your luggage on the day of arrival and departure which was great. Also the reception works 24/7, there is free water in the rooms and biscuits too. The bathroom was spotless and comfortable. The best thing - the price-quality-location ratio is perfect. It is really worth it and I will definitely book this hotel again when coming to the amazing city of London!

A great surprise! On the cheaper end of the market, but the reception, room, WiFi and location were excellent It did have steep stairs, but the reception staff were very happy to carry luggage.
