Location. The room has a small desk fan which doesn't help in hot days like mid July in London. The water flow is bad.

Would not eat breakfast in this building because of inside appearance. This building should not have been advertised as a Hotel. More like a Hostel. Hallways were dark narrow and carpet looked dirty, Rooms very small, shower and bathroom hardly could pass as such. See above.

Room was clean and a small fan was provided which was important as this was on the top floor. Nice to have a sink in the room when sharing a bathroom and shower, though the cold water needed a strong hand to turn off. The location really can't be beat. It's just across the street from King's Cross / St. Pancras train stations and the Piccadilly line. Leicester Square was about a 35 minute walk as was Regents Park and Camden Town. Nice to have a central place to rest between outings. The room was right next to the toilet and I couldn't hear a thing and nothing other than doors closing. The toilet and shower were separate rooms which is a convenience. Staff allowed me to leave my bag and check-in was easy. The light in the toilet was motion activated and turned off after about 15s so I had to keep waving my hands around. Took showers off peak times with no problem but one time I took shower in AM, much less pressure. The bed was fine, a twin but long enough for my 6'3" frame but the floor was a bit tilted so felt like I was going to fall off. Piles of sheets were left on staircases, one day overnight, which I felt created an evacuation hazard. Location is central to the station but lots of hard living folks in the area which made early AM, late PM a bit nervy. Price seems just a bit high for what you get but it was high season in London so maybe not - about 3x what a hostel would cost but full privacy in the room so a trade off to consider.

Small bed in small room. Cheap quality.

The location across from Kings Cross Station was very handy Very old and dated. Wifi did not work
-
The bathroom smells, the shower is tiny and dark, and the fan is super noisy

Convenience is what a Hotel in London, is always about for this writer. To head to the Front Desk, while others are still wondering which direction to go, and how much traffic they’ll face is a plus. It might not be a Five Star property, but the friendliness of the staff, more than makes up for that.

I really like that the hotel was charming and comfortable. It was comforting and made me feel safe. I really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and they were extremly helpful.

It was just opposite St Pancras Station. So central. It is an old hotel and the room was very basic but it was very clean. And also very quiet. I was only there to sleep so it was fine. It didn’t have a fridge but I really didn’t mind that.

Good location. Bed was comfortable. Horrible internet. Bathroom was very small.

Great location - right across the street from St Pancras and King's Cross stations, so it was easy to grab the train or metro to explore London. There were lots of restaurants and convenience stores available within walking distance. Good wifi too. The water pressure in the shower was amazing - didn't expect that at all! The property advertised air conditioning, but it only had a fan. Luckily the weather wasn't too hot. The bed spread definitely needs to be replaced! The hotel isn't to hang out in: just sleep and getting ready so that you can explore London.

Clean, simple and close to St Pancras Corridors were very narrow and the doors were not secure.
-
Super close to kings cross & St pancras station. Couldn’t sleep as there was loud noises coming from outside late at night.
-
Location Bathroom too small. Hotel with dangerous people around. Bad wi-fi. only one pilow per person
-
Location, and price given location Depressing, decrepit room, a little treacherous getting there (down twisted staircase that lite up eventually)
-
Great location. Small but also good value for price for a night stay. Close to trains and public transport. Staff was nice. Luggage room

The greeting from the night manager was very pleasant - I felt welcome. My room was 2 floors up though not difficult and well lit. The room was compact but not so small I could not move and a reasonable size, comfortable single bed. TV, Desk, Kettle all present. En-suite shower room and WC - only thing missing was shampoo and could have done with slightly bigger towel. Lack of shampoo

Rooms are super simple, but clean and all you need is provided. Location next to St. Pancreas International (really, less then 5 minutes by foot) is superb. Some noise from nearby railtracks, so you may want to bring ear plugs.
