    The restaurant food and services

Location to Kings Cross/Pancras Station, dining and coffee shops excellent but this family run hotel is even more. They moved our luggage to our room as we were gone when the room became available and on our last day helped us when I had made a mistake booking transportation to the airport. Nothing

The location was fantastic, only a one-minute walk from King's Cross St Pancras station. It was very quiet even though it was near a busy and crowded area. You can hear the Tube passing beneath the building when it is running. There are lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. It is about a relaxing 20-minute walk to the British Museum and Oxford Street. You can pick up a rental bike right in front of the hotel. The room was clean and well maintained. Baggage storage is available on site. We will definitely stay here again if we travel by train in the future. The room had bright white lights with no dimming option, so it felt harsh and lacked atmosphere.

The room seemed a little warm, I’m not sure if there was ac or not-but thankfully there’s a table fan in the room which made it comfortable.

Location to st Pancras International was perfect a 5 min walk! The room was neat and very clean. Considering central london noise wasnt horrendous. Bathroom was hard to navigate very small slippery floor with a large lip i tripped in and out twice. Bed was quite small husband found it a challenge to sleep well.

    Location and the staff

For a relatively cheap overnight stay near Kings Cross, this was a good option, as it's very close to the station. Just a little note if you are travelling with luggage. We had some heavy suitcases, and were given a room on the 3rd floor with no lift and tight stairs. No assistance was available to carry the suitcases. The room was pleasant but tiny, so no space to move with suitacases taking up most of the limited space.

Central location to the station and local restaurants. Tiny rooms and hallways.

Literally nothing. I feel scammed. I don’t understand how this place cost this much. The closest to positive comments I have is that I’m thrilled there were no bed bugs and the wifi was pretty consistently good. It was very close to st. Pancras. I would like a refund. -place legitimately seemed run by the mafia -everything reeked of BO -disgusting communal bathrooms that were never cleaned -I repeat, you pay regular hotel prices if not more for NO PRIVATE BATHROOM OR SHOWER!!! I had no idea this was a hostel? But it’s not marketed as such? -disgusting shower closet that smelled like urine and had no shampoo….. -lumpy, nasty bed -tiny room -no lift. Had to drag all bags up 4 flights of stairs. -whole place was a maze and there were random doors everywhere that never opened the same direction -hotel did not have ibuprofen, shampoo, and wouldn’t let us buy snacks. They asked for cash, we showed cash, they pulled out coins and told us they couldn’t make change……. -very hot and stuffy -rude staff -worst stay I’ve had in years. -I’m now no longer allowed to book accommodations for the group -it cost me $760 for 2 rooms for 2 nights and I don’t understand how. Most expensive hotel on the trip with the least amount of anything. I think we were punished for using booking.com. I’m deeply embarrassed. -when I asked for shampoo, they said they’d have house keeping see if anyone left any behind for me to borrow which seems kinda nasty I’m not going to lie -please refund me…..I am not sure if I should ever trust booking.com again. I’d like you to stay in room 26 for two nights and see how you feel. -the reviews were good on Google and elsewhere I looked which is extremely perplexing. I think they either bought reviews or used bots. -I think Gringotts would be a less confusing maze -I’m not even a princess. I’m happy at premier inn and wish I’d just stayed there. Would’ve saved me money and a headache and embarrassment.

Before checking in, we requested to have our room on the ground floor as we have a baby and a lot of luggage, and they fulfilled our request, which was great. They also provided baby cot to us. We really enjoyed our stay and the room

The staff was nice when we checked in. The room was too small for my group of 4.
