Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the location was perfect for getting an early train. Room was incredibly small, bathroom was tiny and no AC so the temperature was unbearable at times.

It was a great location, close to public transport and restaurants. Everything was clean. It was a little bit too small, the bathroom was very cramped.

Very close to St Pancras, ideal for an early start. You entre the hôtel to an accommodating reception are, where you can pick a few snack and a drink for a fee. The reception staff are attentive and informative. The actual room was in the building across the road, which suited us. The rooms are very small and the corridors very narrow. Having said that it's all you need for one night.

Room was nice and clean, bit more space would have been nice. Air Con would be nice for most of the London hotels, hotels need to realize that global warming is making cities hot, and holidays are in summer season. Fans did help a lot and was comfy but eventually provision for AC is required.

Great location for St Pancras Station. Quiet room at rear of hotel Very small room and shower room but adequate for one night. 3 flights of stairs and no lift
