N/a The door lock was broken. The whole place is a little tired.

The staff were great, all of them. The water was always hot at all times, and the water pressure was great too Nothing

Very easy access to tube station, we went to a concert at Wembley so it was easy access to get there and back. Friendly staff We had a basement room, no lifts and tiny staircases, luckily we didn’t have suitcases or we would’ve struggled. The hotel is not easy to navigate. The basement room also had no aircon and hard to open basement windows which were too high up for us to reach to open, so in turn the room was stuffy and hot. Shower was low pressure and frequently changed temperature and I got a cluster of bed bug bites which I realised upon return from the hotel. There was a note to say housekeeping won’t change bed sheets unless you tell them to, so one to note

Very convenient location for Kings Cross/St Pancreas Stations The property is exceptionally clean and the staff an absolute delight and nothing was too much for them

The only thing good about this place were the staff at the reception who were very nice. They should work elsewhere, in a hotel that better suits them. The room was ridiculously small. No fridge . Hardly any place to hang clothes . Nowhere to put your luggage. We were literally tripping over the luggage. The bathroom was so small the sink was in the bedroom and you had to leave the bathroom to dry yourself after a shower as no room. I know it's London but for 229 pounds you would have expected much more. It fely like a sub 100 per night room. I should have stayed in a travelodge for a similar price. Only thing going for it is the location if you want to be near Kings Cross.

Disappointing

The staff were very helpful, the room was fabulous, and immaculate. A wee bit lower price would be nice.

Good location. Helpful staff. Rooms were clean. Rooms are very small. No air-con but small fan provided

Handy location for those needing to travel I was really surprised by the poor quality overall. I was upgraded to a deluxe room but there was nothing deluxe about it. The lamps didn’t work, there was barely any hot water, no mini fridge, construction work outside, air con that I couldn’t turn off that rattled and gurgled all night and the mattress was so thin I barely slept and woke up feeling bruised. Unfortunately King’s Cross homelessness and drug problem seems to have ramped up in recent years. Walking back to the hotel at 11pm I was dodging vomit and bodies sleeping or passed out on the floor. I was really surprised to walk into the hotel and find no one on the desk, providing access to the floors with the rooms incredibly easy for anyone walking in off the street. At check out I was planning to share some summarised feedback of how disappointed my stay was but unfortunately no on asked. I approached the desk and was met with a hello and a vacant stare, when saying I would like to check out .. that was it. I handed over the key and asked if that was it and they said “yes”. A little over a decade ago this street was full of hostels where you could get a room for £40 a night, honestly I think that was more value for my money Wouldn’t stay again.

Great location near Euston station. Lovely old townhouse. Nice staff. Bedroom tiny, but it IS London! Shower a bit cramped, but OK for one night.
