Fantastic location! The building is a former Victorian home converted to hotel and is privately owned - both of which were appealing to me. The staff I met were wonderful and fantastic to learn about their lives. I would have given this a 9 out of 10 for so many reasons but began to not feel well while there with coughing spasms and headaches. I thought it was allergies or catching illness The morning I left, I stripped the bed and was horrified to find what I did. Please see attached photos.

Great personal, comfort room with excellent location. Room is small but perfect for 1-2 nights. Will definitely come back.

Close to station. Staff offered dinner recommendations. Room was very hot even though it was only low 20's. There was a fan available in the room.

Clean and comfortable room in a great location for King’s Cross and St Pancras. The single room is quite small but that was not unexpected and was fine for a night.

The location was perfect for the Eurostar. The room was very clean with tea, coffee and hot chocolate.

Ideal location, very easy access to everything. They were kind enough to store the luggage too after checking out. Staff were quite friendly.

Location, perfect for Kings Cross Staff very helpful and lovely. Left luggage facility great. Cleanliness Shower very small and dated. Felt overpriced but think we did pay higher than average rate
