we were early arriving to London and were able to leave our bags. when we came back ti check in later the receptionist had put our bags in our room. Excellent location, comfortable bed shower head holder was broken and left that way for the duration of our stay

Hotel was lovely and clean with lovely gentleman on reception Being on the ground floor due to disability, I didn't know the underground trains go directly underneath this bedroom all day and night every few minutes and being a light sleeper I did struggle to get to sleep. I would advertise this so people know in advance
