Got Upgraded to a junior suite. Think it was an accessibility room given the layout of the bathroom and the red chords around. Nonetheless it had a sofa area, minibar with snacks which were included. Arrival time was near 1am so didnt really get to enjoy but appreciated the space for sure. Pricey overall but you are literally across the road from the station and thats what I needed for the morning. Welcoming reception staff. Corridor noise from noisy people leaving really early is not great. Couldnt find any slippers. Nowhere in the bathroom to put toiletries. Homeless folks near the main road side of the hotel so you need to go past them to go round the corner to get to the hotel entrance late at night. Slightly apprehensive about that but was ok in the end.

Incredible location near Kings Cross and St Pancras. The rooms were unique and fun, and the entire property has a funky vibe that we enjoyed over a typical hotel style. The staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful, especially Nicole. The room got fairly warm and the AC just isn’t super strong. It wasn’t sweltering, but it was warm. The downside of the great location is that it’s very loud and busy at times.

Location, staff friendliness and room comfort Need to get the WiFi sorted! It is hopeless if you have any Apple device (iPhone/ipad etc). Even worse than LNER!!!

* The shower was incredible - rain shower plus a regular showerhead, with buttons to toggle each. * Everything was very clean and tidy. * The staff were super friendly. They gave us lots of still water to refill and even some mini-bottles for our way to the airport. * The location is terrific - right across one of the main transportation hubs of London and easily accessible to anywhere, namely Luton Airport. * The rooms were (intentionally?) pretty dark even with all lights turned on. * Sadly, and it's not the hotel's fault, there are many homeless people around the area.

I loved its location by Kings Cross and the snacks and drinks in the room. Just what I needed after a long day.

Location 5 minutes walk from the Eurostar terminal at St. Pancras. Staff: friendly, helpful, really nice people. Nothing at all.

The hotel is amazing. The staff are incredible, especially Jason on reception. We had a minor issue with the room, and Jason was able to resolve it immediately by offering an immediate solution. All in all, this is a lovely quirky hotel in a good location for exploring London, and conveniently next to Kings Cross and Euston railway stations. My one criticism is food/drink prices. £5.50 for a small glass of orange juice at breakfast is excessive; as is £16 for eggs benedict. I understand that prices in London 5-star hotels can vary, but these, in my opinion, are excessive.

Everything! This is my 9th stay at Megaro. I just can’t see myself staying elsewhere when it is the most convenient in location just next to st Pancras and Kings Cross, very helpful and friendly staff who will go out of their way to help you in any way you need them to, comfortable bed and lovely rose with sandalwood toiletries, complementary mini bar and snacks. Deliciously prepared food in their restaurants. What more would you ask for? Just be cautious of the noise from Euston road and the train stations if your room is facing this area on the second floor. It’s usually the room facing st Pancras that can be noisy. But the view is great!

I chose the hotel for its location. Then I discovered how wonderful it was -- views of St Pancras and King's Cross, excellent breakfast, great staff....And of course, clean, comfortable, good (quiet and control-able) a/c.

Location is very good , so near St Pancras and Kings Cross where we took the train to edinburgh. Very convenient to the attractions we visited in london yet quiet. The room was big and comfortable , very clean. We would have preferred twin beds. There was a problem with the mixer for the shower resulting in very hot water. It was fixed by maintenance.
