Very modern hotel with charming small suites that were truly roomy and comfortable. Perfect location for traveling to and from and for sightseeing. The bathroom was top notch. Exceptional bath and personal care amenities. The complementary in-room drinks and snacks were a real plus. Excellent housekeeping. Friendly, efficient staff. Outstanding overall. The breakfast @ 25£ per person seemed too pricey for our taste, so we didn’t try it even though the restaurant is highly regarded.

Location is great when you plan to explore city using metro Bathtub didn’t have glass door that you have to extra careful that water won’t spill out

Location was good. Property was clean and nicely furnished No prior Warner to work being carried out right outside the window until 5am. Tried to find out about it so we could move and receptionist said it would finish at 10pm. Never got any sleep with all the banging and crashing outside

We loved the location, our room, the breakfast and the staff. Nicole really improved our trip by helping us figure out how to get to our tours and navigate the public transportation. We liked it all.

Absolutely everything was perfect. When we checked in we were offered upgrade without even asking. And on top of that we got mini bar free in our room and complimentary drink in the gorgeous bar. The staff was excellent anf made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. I am definitely coming back. A special thank you to Nicole and Kiara for looking after us. Such sweet girls. God bless you ! Cant even think of one thing that I didn't like. Was perfect stay !

Everyone liked the coffee. The service in the restaurant was very quick and attentive. Make it clear where hotel guests eat in the restuarant (we went downstairs without realising that was the public restauarant and that we should have been upstairs) Make it clear what food/drink in the room is included in the price and what would incur an extra charge.
