Easy to find rooms I think things could be abit modernised

Excellent location with clean room and comfortable bed. Small room and able to hear the movement of other guests in their rooms.

I payed 298£ for 3 nights, two people vut very small bed. It was in a very bad location, with excessive noise right next to a major transport junction, surrounded by main roads, the metro and the station. It was directly on a busy road. The noise never stopped, and the window had to stay open all the time because the room was extremely stuffy and impossible to ventilate properly. There was no air conditioning, only an old, poor-quality fan. The staff made us feel very uncomfortable. On one occasion, I was even locked outside in the evening, and nobody came to let me in. There were constantly people using drugs and behaving unpredictably in front of the hotel, so the area did not feel like a safe space at all. Through the windows, we could constantly hear sirens, people talking, traffic and general street noise. The hotel had almost no facilities. The corridors looked more like the back area of a kitchen than a hotel, and the lift was so small that only one person could use it at a time.

The room is too small, but for the location I can manage. If you are going for travel and are going to be outside all day, it does work, it covers whats needed, but you do have to manage your space, as my bag occupied half the room haha, and I did the other half. It has a mirror, a personal bathroom and shower (which helps alot). The location is great, as it is a quick walk to King Cross Station. They can save our bags after the check out for you to make the most of your day, which was a big win for me. And they answered quickly whenever I had questions/requests. My room was on the third floor, with no elevator, so I had to take my time carry my luggage upstairs. I was by myself, but it was so hot the weekend of my stay and the fan was barely helping, I had to sleep with the window open. They do not serve breakfast and the room does not have a fridge, but there are some stores nerby. The noise is ok, it is not silent and at night you can hear the people talking in the street with the window open, I supposed it woult be less with a closed window.

Too hot - no air con

My room was comfy and clean, but definitely zero frills, no drinking water. No full length mirror etc I wasn't told of any Wi-Fi code on checking in although they did seem to be quite a few servers named Carlton when I tried to connect Wi-Fi but I ended up just tethering off my phone.

Excellent location, very helpful staff. Our car was hit while parked outside the hotel by a drunk driver and hotel management was extremely cooperative and helpful sourcing us the cctv footages. Very appreciated.

It is a nice simple hotel close to a main railway station. There was no shampoo or body wash in the bathroom

Location and staff were fabulous! N/A

Very convenient to Kings Cross which is what we needed. The lady behind the desk stated we weren’t allowed ‘visitors’ but our friend who was not staying with us needed to get changed for the concert we were going to so allowed her in our room with us which was great so we could all get ready together. How hot the room was. We did struggle to sleep with the temperature in the room but I guess with it being a hot couple of days we visited London, it was fairly unavoidable.

Only location Over priced, too hot, smelly, staff indifferent, misleading photos

perfect location, st pancras is literaly a 5 min walk over the road. Very basic accommodation, go into it with low expectations.

Nice quiet room in the annex. Clean and nicely decorated. No hair dryer in the room.

Based on the reviews I read, this room was exactly what I expected. I appreciated the quietness of being in the second building away from the street, and my room was suitable for a night's stay. While the bathroom was minuscule, it had hot water and everything worked as it should. The room was clean, and I found very few faults. This hotel is not luxury and you very much get what you pay for. Don't expect top-of-the-line anything, it is a very basic room. Downside was no AC, and I couldn't get the outlets to work, but other than that, this hotel is great for what it costs.

I dont remember asking for a quite room but it was once I closed the window because I could here a motor.
