Comfortable, clean, with aircon, very close to King's Cross / St Pancras station. Extremely convenient for a quick in and back to London. No complaints.

Great location next to KX Railway Station. Ability to leave cases until train departure late in the day of check out. 1. Lift to rooms needed to be accessed via staircase. 2. Room lock did not work but reception mgr. said "do not to worry we are open 24x7 so we can let you into your room" - did change our room after much discussion! 3. Bed was matress on top of a metal mesh support which had man sharp edges and snagged the sheets and any skin exposed to it. 4. Bed sagged into the middle so disturbed the sleep of the partner by the other turning over and rolling to the centre of the bed. 5. Daytime reception manager was indifferent to concerns expressed. 6. Grouting in bathroom of room 314 very roughly filled above the sink where some items had clearly been replaced - no attention to detail! 7. Water ren cold in room for two minutes before warm water flowed but then turned cold during the shower. 8. for the price paid this was very poor value for money. 9. Will not visit again.

The bathroom window was permanently stuck open and you could smell the drugs from the street in our room

Excellent location near St. Pancras train station Room very small and minimal. Construction on street outside hotel making it difficult to get in and out.a

The location was terrific for where we were meeting our tour. The room was very small for 3 people but the big problem was the layout was not as shown on the internet so maneuvering in the room and getting in and out of bed was quite difficult and there was absolutely NO room to open suitcases.

Very close to Kings Cross and St Pancras. They stored our luggage for the day until we could check in and the staff were absolutely lovely. It was a tad bit run down (the lobby/restaurant bathroom had cabinets off the hinges) but honestly not bad.
-
The location was exceptional for arriving at St Pancras station. The lobby was aged, but the room was very updated with modern bathroom, great air conditioning, coffee/tea station, and ample storage for items and clothing. Room, linens and towels were very fresh. Room was very quiet, despite being on 1st floor facing the street. Fee for early check in, but the ability to leave luggage there free until regular check in was very helpful.

Close to the train station to get anywhere you need to go. Convenient. Lots to eat and drink close by. We ended up in rooms in the basement Small rooms and dated. Streets around hotel very dirty and lots of garbage around. It suited us for 2 nights but wouldn’t have stayed longer than that.

Decent sized clean room, particularly liked having fridge. Very convenient location

I raised complaint till now no response from booking. com

The location was perfect right next to the train station. We needed a room with a lot of beds (for 4 people.. and 4 beds) so we were pleased do find it. The room was clean and the staff was great. We didn't need anything fancy, but the location and lots of beds at a reasonable price gave us what we needed. The facility was about what I expected. It was old and a little tired, but clean enough to work with.

The location was perfect and close to st pancreas station for trains and awesome Chinese restaurant just downstairs perfect for a short stay. There was a strange drain smell coming from the bathroom apart from that every thing was ok. Many need to check the drains in bathroom for blockages. And or deodorize the room, thanks

I was given a ground floor room as I am disabled - wow, what a service.

The location was the standout highlight — walking distance to both King’s Cross and St. Pancras stations made getting around London incredibly convenient. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well, which made for a restful night’s sleep. Very bare-bones experience overall. The bathroom amenities were minimal — just the basics (towels, shower gel, shampoo, and soap) with nothing beyond the essentials. Don’t expect any frills or extra touches.
