Keystone House

The location was brilliant, very near London Kings Cross and a 15 minute walk from Euston. I loved that the room had air con. The bed was very comfy, and the room was very nearly presented. The fact that there are no lifts. The stairs to the rooms are narrow, and it doesn't feel very safe lugging suitcases and bags up the those stairs. Also, despite the rest of the room being very clean, the bin in the bathroom had not been emptied from the previous guest which was not a nice start, as it's a very small room and you can imagine the sorts of thing people put in bathroom bins. Also, I wish there was some form of reception when you come in. It would be more reassuring to see any staff on site.

Good location, rooms comfortable but need some updating, 10% discount in bar. Wasn’t as good for value as expected after visiting property. Also quite noisy during early morning and late evening due to very central location.

Had AC - which was needed in the heat. Great room size and bathroom was clean. Super pub with friendly staff downstairs. Double bed is way too small so cannot get comfy if sleeping alongside partner.

Staff was exceptional Had a small problem but they dealt with it very quickly and were effective and kind and pleasant. Great place to stay for a early morning train ride a short 5 to 10 minute walk. Excellent location if needing accommodation for an early Eurostar. Family room had comfortable double bed and bunk beds for the kids. Basic but very clean and exactly what we needed! Nothing

The aircon was working really well. The staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable. Great location! The only think I'd say wasn't working as well was that the showerhead didn't have much pressure, otherwise everything was great!

Bed and bathroom, not much more but its all ypu need and it was clean and tidy. My tv was broken.
