Great location friendly staff

Definitely not 4*. we had room B9, which was apparently a larger room. Room was tiny, no tea/coffee making facilities, no wardrobe or dressing table, ironing board, hairdryer etc. when my partner got out of bed he banged his head on the wall. The TV had 1 working channel and was fixed to the wall so couldn't be swivellled, so you got a cracked neck when trying to watch it in bed. Breakfast was average, 2 hot choices and we had to clear the table ourselves, no waiting on staff, we both had an omelette (tasteless( and I had finished mine before my partner had been served plus no offer of more tea/coffee etc. Definitely wouldn't stay here again ! Lack of facilities, not a 4* hotel, overalll very disappointed and we were so.looking forward to our anniversary weekend stay (after visiting the Bowie experience at the Lightroom (highly recommended!) £25 is taken on arrival for any breakages in the room, waiting for this to be reimbursed. We spoke to Reception about the lack of facilities and apparently we will be hearing from the manager regarding 'compensation' within the next 48hrs so we shall see! A big positive was the location, literally a 5 minute walk from King's Cross Station

It had a great location for what we needed, the bed was extremely comfortable and the property was nice and clean! The staff were also lovely! It was quite warm in the room and the air conditioning wasn’t great.

The location to King's Cross Station was what attracted us to his hotel. We could safely wheel our suitcases to and from the station. The room may have been small but it had all we needed for a comfortable one night stay. The bathroom was modern and well equipped. The breakfast options were just what we wanted and we even had a freshly cooked omelette. The chef was very professional The room was compact but had all we needed. There were steep stairs to the rooms

This is a basic hotel very close to train stations. Bed was comfy. Rooms were small but clean. It's nothing fancy but great for a quick stay if you are only there in London during a commute (which we were). The corridors are small and sometimes cleaning stuff is being left in the corridors that you have to navigate around. The rooms are also quite small but they make ti work.

Nice avocado toast for breakfast! And that's all!!! Can't believe this place can be rated and priced as 4 star! Glad we could laugh about it, but to pay £450 for the basement (!!! - there was no mention of that in the room description!!!), with a tiny window into a light well (to put it mildly!!!)! The room was tiny, and so was the bathroom. We stayed 2 nights, and the only thing which was done first tge 2nd night was the bed made. Even the dirty cups were not cleaned, ni new milk or biscuits provided! We are British, but i really hope that the foreign visitors don't assume that this is what the 4 star hotels are like in our country!!! This is easily the worst hotel we ever stayed in! I am not even sure that the facility is compliant with the Building. Regulations !!!

Hi, firstly I liked the lovely young man who greeted us with a huge smile ,we arrived around 4-5pm ,sorry i can't remember his name, he was very friendly and helpful. We asked about trains to Emirates stadium in which he told us what line to get on. We were in a basement apartment, it was small but very clean..the size didn't bother us as it was only for 1 night. I can't think of anything I didn't like
