The air conditioning worked really well and wasn’t overly noisy, the bed was also so comfortable and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. You can hear people walking past your door sometimes however they do provide earbuds

The location (once I found the hotel) was perfect for me as It was just a 5 minute walk from Kings Cross train station. The room was small, which I expected, but very clean & the bed was very comfortable. The room was in the basement so was below street level &, although there was a window, it was quite dark &, due to the size of the room, it felt a bit confined. It was also very noisy, the window wasn’t very well insulated & you could hear traffic noise & people walking past &, as the room was below street level, it seemed to amplify the sound.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean The room needs some form of double glazing or sound muffling on the windows as the ground floor is on the road with a bus stop immediately out side the rooms, the window was cracked and I could smell cigarette smoke from outside.

The location was close to Kings Cross/St. Pancreas It was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful in managing my booking changes. The staff. Gave us an excellent recommendation for our supper meals.

The location of this hotel is great. The staff was friendly and the renovations are nice. If you book the small room be prepared to be in a shoebox. You cannot open your suitcase unless it’s on the bed. You cannot comfortably walk about and I would guess a larger person could not even use the shower it is so tiny. Does the trick for one night for one person. They say you can leave suitcases before or after checkout but don’t have a room for them so they just sit in front of the reception desk which isn’t great or secure.

Stairs to access the property was difficult with a heavy case…but lift inside was good. Room and bathroom was small but all the necessities were there. Staff very helpful. Decoration modern and stylish. Carpet in common areas was dirty (pale colour showed up every stain) Curtains a bit shabby. Would have liked a portal for charging my iPhone, there was a USB port.

Location to Kings Cross Fairly modern Allocated an accessible room, the bathroom had a strong musty smell as the fan had been turned off The aerial for the TV was snapped so didn’t stay in the wall properly

I loved how close this was to King’s cross station! it was perfect for us as we like to be able to access things easily. There was nothing in particular that we didn’t like, as we had a great stay. We had a ground floor room in which our bathroom was a wet room, but the floor was slippery when wet. I think there could be a bath mat potentially in these rooms due to how slippy it became during/after showering

Central There was No lock inside your room you could lock the door but anyone with a room key could get in
