The location, good clothes storage, a fan, comfy bed and quiet, we got a good nights sleep. Exactly what we needed for an overnight stay. Felt safe. Nothing - it was all okay

Small hotel on excelent location and very friendly stuff :) our cellohone chargers were not compatible with english power outlets, but they were prepared for that - an adapter was handed to us :) Sound isolation is a bit poor, we could hear everything from the coridor

Approximately 8 minutes walk to King’s Cross Railway station which has many different types of terminals for various types of trains, such as local, long distance within the country and international. There is a supermarket, pubs and many restaurants around the area. The room is extremely small. No space to open 2 big suit cases of 2 people.

Convenient, clean and facilitates as required

No complaints at all. Clean and tidy, comfortable bed. Room was a bit too warm but it also that time of year in London. A fan was thankfully present and very needed. They even had a luggage room & left us store our belongings until check in. Nothing really, a little pricey maybe but well worth it compared to others I have stayed in for 75 pounds near by that were genuinely awful. So worth the cost really compared to that

Central location for Railway stations and Underground Stayed here a few times better than other Hotels in Kings Cross area. Was very Hot even the Fan was not quite enough to cool down .

Easy walk to Kings Cross station and the British Museum. Ground floor room and a locked storage room for luggage if required. Bus stop outside the front door. Warm and cosy Squeezy but functional bathroom but in line with other UK cheaper accommodation. Just the room and a kettle with tea making facility.

The location was the best bit but the room was clean and comfortable. The room could have been a bit bigger.

Friendly reception. Close to Eurostar. The room was basic but clean and good value for money in London. Room was too warm although a portable fan was supplied.

Everything went well. Staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Room was clean and had all the stuff we needed. We could leave our luggage when we arrived early. Nothing.

Great location for a great...

Disappointing

The location of this hotel allowed us to get there easily from Kings Cross station. The location also allowed us to walk to a lot of our destinations. The room was tiny and very dark and dusty. The paint in the room is a hodge podge job and I'm not sure what it is meant to be covering - can only assume damp or mould. The room was not cleaned to a high standard when we arrived - there was hair from a previous guest in the bathroom soap holder. The bathroom was tiny and difficult to move around in. The shower head was broken so the water pressure was poor. The hotel is not soundproofed in the slightest so you can hear other guests talking or walking around their rooms. The last night of our stay a group of men were walking up and down the corridor slamming doors and being extremely loud at 1am and it woke us. The second night of our stay someone was having extremely loud sex in a room far away from ours and we could hear. Staff don't seem to care that these types of things will disrupt other guests.

Nothing Rooms were dirty. Beds had bugs and hair on the sheets. We did not stay there. Hotel would not refund us

Location good. Very noisy ! Drunken people in the hotel, couldn't sleep at all the first night .
