Lovely The shower products

It was a very hot day, so aircon and good shower were very welcome. Bed was exceptionally comfortable, if a bit high. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Price was a bit on the high side.

The property looks nice. The welcome was good. The rooms and the restroom are VERY small. The bed was very tiny- two people could barely fit, and for the toilet you had to bend in a certain position to be able to sit. To enter the shower you had to hold your breath and push towards the sink. One size definitely dies not fit all.

Great location, breakfast was included, room a good size for a one night stay. Great for a work trip or a quick visit. No drinks in the room. You have to pay to store your luggage.

Within walking distance of the train station and places to eat. I also liked that I was able to cast shows from my phone onto the TV After dragging our suitcases up the 3 or 4 entry stairs we wished there had been a ramp. Later discovered the handicap entrance that is street level. Maybe have signage directing people with bags to that entrance.

Nothing Room far too small, nowhere to store clothes or suitcase. Bed was on wheels so moved when you sat on it, no chairs. Staff not helpful as told when booking in we had breakfast included but it turned out we didn’t and when we tried to upgrade the room for our stay the week after we were told we couldn’t.

I am highly disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The basic facilities are severely lacking. There was no facial tissue in the room, and no standard towels were provided, only two bath towels. Additionally, there was no complimentary water, no electric kettle, and no tea or coffee facilities. The room was completely stripped of basic comforts. Furthermore, the space is exceptionally small. For two people, there was virtually no space to store luggage, making it difficult to even walk around the room. Most shockingly, the bed was too short. A person of 1.8 meters cannot sleep comfortably as their feet hang off the end of the bed. Given these poor facilities and lack of service, the room rate is far too high and offers terrible value for money. To make matters worse, the hotel charges a mandatory fee of 3 GBP per item for luggage storage after the 11:00 AM check-out time, regardless of how short the storage duration is or the size of the bags. I do not recommend this hotel, as it fails to meet the basic standards of hospitality.
