Close to Kings Cross. Room size was small but fine there was a counter for setting suitcase, armoire for hanging a few things. Dark interior with big windows for light. Bed comfortable. Staff nice and helpful. Good coffee machine at breakfast. Bathroom was too small - banged elbows, etc. Too much noise from room next door. There was street noise but not too much.

The location It very dated, not maintained nicely. There was a very strong smell so I had to change rooms. It’s not up to 4 stars value.

Excellent location near St Pancras and King's Cross train stations, friendly staff. Good wifi and effective air conditioning. The room was small but functional, enough for one night's sleep.

This was a basement room (which was not indicated when booking), however, it did have a window looking out onto some pipes, which wasn't great, but the room itself was really quite good. The bathroom seemed to be pretty updated with a large walk-in shower. The air conditioning was also great too have. I think guest should know ahead of booking that they will have a basement room and that there's no elevator. We were fine with it, as there was a window in the room, we were only staying for one night, and we didn't have much luggage, still. Had we stayed for more than one night, I would have asked for a different room.

Good location and good value for money Aircon produced a really bad smell, very musty Some elements could have been cleaner - tea tray (which had cups and glasses face down, was very dirty)

Clean and close to the station. Staff were very friendly. En-suite was good. Rooms were a little cramped.
