There was air conditioning, the room was small but navigable, the bed was comfortable, and it was all quite lovely. The shower was hard to use. When the water was on you couldn't adjust the temperature without getting your arm wet and I accidentally turned it all the way hot so I couldn't turn it off or cold without burning myself. It got so steamy the fire alarm went off. It was quite inconvenient early in the morning.

Close to the train station. Quiet, clean, and very helpful at the front desk.

Great location near Kings Cross, large room by the standards of hotels in the area, extremely helpful and friendly staff, and they were happy to store our bags before check-in and after check-out. There's even a bar! I honestly can't think of anything. For the area and price, it's a great little hotel.

The price and location were excellent. The fire alarm went off at 5:50am. The shower was very complicated to use and I did not manage to get hot water.

Excellent location- only 10mins walk to Kings Cross. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were well appointed well kept. Nothing really. If they offered a cooked breakfast, we'd have eaten there every morning.

Perfect hotel close to King’s Cross. The staff are friendly and professional.

Perfect location near Kings Cross, friendly and available front desk staff, and a clean and nice room.

We really appreciated we could pay to leave our luggage for a couple of days while we went on the Channel tunnel to Paris. N/a

The room smelled quite bad (like damp from the bathroom) when the window was left closed, so we had to open it to ventilate.

Second time here. Brilliant location. Brilliant price for London and the high standard that it is. Cosy little bar space for chatting in. Nothing.

Location is great. Front desk staff wonderful! Room was a little small.

Nothing This clearly is some sort of scam type hotel. The rooms are incredibly incredibly small. I have no doubt lots of laws and regulations have been circumvented. I doubt this is up to a fire standard too. My check in style suitcase of 23kg couldn't be opened in the hotel - thats now small the rooms are. THERE IS NO lift. You will need to carry your suitcases up the many flights of stairs. The shower hot water didn’t turn off when I was there, and after it being fixed, I nearly burned my hand trying to turn it off again. Again the bathroom is so small the shower doesn’t fully open, hitting the wall. Staff were weird. Every time I entered or left the hotel they asked me to show my room key and give them my room number. Very strange and it didn’t feel welcoming at all.

Very welcoming staff, great location, and a nice room. Nothing.
-
Great location, easy access, and plenty of amenities / restaurants etc nearby. Poor soundproofing to the room door so could hear clearly everything in the corridor
-
I had a top floor room and there was no elevator but the receptionist gladly helped me with my luggage.
