Fantastic apartment really well designed internally. Great value for money given the location and the type of property it is. The bed was Super comfy.

The coffee machine Bad experience. Nothing was luxurious apart from the appliances! Extreme difficult check in- the code to the room provided did not work and it took about 40 minutes to manage to get in. The rep tried to get me into another room which was already preoccupied! (He insisted my room was Jamaica when I received info for Ibiza). The stairs were narrow- no lift so it was difficult to bring up heavy luggage. First impression of the place it was extremely cold and uninviting. No tissues for a runny nose apart from kitchen paper & toilet rolls. The internet did not connect. Also you could hear every single sound and foot step from outside!!

The location was great and reachable from every corner of London. Loved the room, super clean, warm and lots of extras, that usually are not a part of the booking. The cleaning wasn't regular, as promised. Sometimes the staff missed bringing new towels or clean the dishes, but it didn't change the positive part of our stay

It was more that we expected. The location is perfect, well connected because it is close to main train and tube stations. The apartment was perfect for our needs, spotless and very comfortable, with a comfortable bed and good quality linen, nicely decorated and good provided: kitchen with all new items, nespresso coffee machine, electic kettle, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher… a pleasure to be there for a few days. The service was impeccable from start to finish. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail, such as the welcome treats. I would not hesitate to recommend it and will certainly return on my next trip to London.
