Excellent location, enjoyed free tea, coffee and juice in the lobby. Staff were friendly. Bathroom could use an extra rail or shelf for storage for longer stays.

It was not too expensive, good location. Room was super tiny and underground. Felt really clusterphobic. No clear warning beforehand that we'd be in the basement.

The location is brilliant, 5 minutes from Kings Cross. A perfect base for exploring nearby Coal Drops Yard. The breakfast was excellent value for money. Nothing

The location was great as it was basically around the corner from Kings Cross and Pancras International stations, so super convenient. We had a bit of an issue when checking in, as we were put in a basement room without a window. When we asked about getting an above-ground room, we were immediately accommodated, which we very much appreciated. When booking the room, there was no mention that we were reserving a windowless room. I think that should be stated so that guests know what to expect.

Lovely location close to the canal and the very best parts of what Kings Cross has to offer. The rooms were simple yet very slick and modern. The hotel was very quiet and if you didn’t know otherwise you’d not expect to be in London

Close to underground station, relatively ok value for money for short stays in London. The staff were kind. The room was very small. The carpet and the towels had a foul smell. The AC didn’t work and the window couldn’t be opened, so the entire room was very hot and humid. The check-in procedure at the front desk could be improved.
