It was an old building that is beautifully restored. It’s a pleasant feeling just looking at how they did the railings. The breakfast is exceptional, and the breakfast room and service are exceptional. It was all good

We arrived very late & tired & were warmly welcomed in after a lot of travelling. The following day, we were served Breakfast by a really nice waiter from southern Italy. Unfortunately due to the Arsenal celebrations & amount of people using the bar downstairs after the celebrations, we lost out on some much needed room service as we saw the restaurant was closed & were forced to go back out & try to find somewhere to eat when it was extremely busy..

The rooms were beautifully appointed. Interrior felt like it was a new hotel or newly renovated. Its location between King's Cross Station and St Pancras International made it super convenient if one has to take the Eurostar or take a train across the UK. We dislike that a handheld nozzle spray or bidet isnt provided as a hotel amenity We were not fans of the in-house bath shower, and shampoo scent.

We liked everything. The service at check-in was great, and we were shown to the lifts by a lovely gentleman who was working on reception. The room was fabulous, I immediately felt relaxed and knew I would settle. It was spotlessly clean with lovely quality furnishings and quality bedding and towels. Excellent coffee machine, a steamer and hairdryer in the room. Down the corridor was a pantry to help yourself to coffee, tea, water and cakes. It was brilliant. I would most definitely stay there again, we had a lovely time. Thankyou. Nothing

Perfect location for using King's Cross station. However, it feels far from central London and Westminster if you rely on taxis, buses, or Uber. Since I avoid the Underground, I wouldn't recommend it for longer stays. N/A
