Exceptional

Very clean simple accommodation. Perfect for my trip.

Close to the two railway stations that we used during our stay. Nearby shops, bars and restaurants. Room cleaned every day. - fresh towels, toiletries, coffee, milk and sugar. Room was cramped. Limited hanging space. Suitcase stored under the bed - tight fit. Really only suitable for a short stay.

Convenient to location we required Cramped Out dated No interaction from the staff, ask for milk for the room and it felt like we were inconveniencing them

We had a large family room which was very comfortable. Separate toilet was a bonus. Good location to access Kings Cross station Shower room was small

Exceptional

It was very hot in the room and when we asked for an additional fan, we were able to get one which helped a lot. Who expected a heatwave in London! There was a leak in the sink that would get the bathmat wet, but not a huge issue.

Location was great, staff were friendly. The room is really small, the bed is not the most comfortable, and it’s small as well.

Single traveller for onenight room clean and very quiet for good night sleep everthing you needed at first being charged double for my room but they quick refunded my account but everthing else fine

Close to St Pancras station. Tiny but I expect it from old town house. I requested a ground floor room but was given first floor.

Convenient location for St Pancras Second floor up steep stairs with no lift makes moving luggage difficult - should have asked for a room on a lower floor

As expected the single room was small, but relatively clean and quiet with a decent shower. The room was let down by a bed that was too small and a mattress that was overdue for replacement. A slightly wider bed would have made a big difference. Since the hotel does not supply a luggage rack and leaving one's suitcase on the floor is not recommended, the mattress also had to accommodate my suitcase. And as the mattress had lost structure, it left the poor sleeper at risk of rolling over and sliding off.

Location excellent. Room was small but done what was needed. Clean and tidy. We booking again for August same hotel . Mayb no elevator

Location. King's Cross St Pancras is at the end of the street. Euston less than 10 minutes away. British library is 5 minutes away and many other landmarks are near to. It does exactly what it says on the tin. No frills, but as a base in London it is ideal and priced right. Rooms are small and shower areas can be very tricky for tall people. I have been a few times and it is just convenient.

Mattress was OK, clean room Narrow staircase, very hot room, looked over into room. Noisy. Could hear underground despite being 3 floors up. Someone tried to get into my room. Scary.

The location was excellent for our early morning train from St Pancras. The guy manning the reception was extremely pleasant and helpful. The bed was relatively comfortable, if a bit on the small size. The bathroom was fine. Okay... it was a bit cramped.
