Free WiFi is available only in the reception area. Accessed by stairs only, the rooms benefit from a flat-screen TV and ensuite shower rooms. Tea/coffee making facilities are available. Nothing I’m afraid Title: Very disappointing – bed bugs and poor response I found a bed bug in our room during our stay. I reported this and provided photographic evidence, but I was extremely concerned that when I returned to collect our luggage, the dead bed bug was still on the bed and I had no confirmation that the room had been inspected or professionally treated The incident completely disrupted our stay. We had to change our travel arrangements and return home earlier than planned, resulting in additional travel costs and plans being cancelled. Booking.com eventually processed a full refund for the accommodation, which I appreciate. However, I was very disappointed that Booking.com told me they would take no further action and did not appear to check with me that the hotel had actually dealt with the reported bed bug problem. My main concern is now for future guests. I would expect a hotel reporting a bed bug incident to have the room professionally inspected and treated and to be able to demonstrate that appropriate action has been taken. This experience caused considerable distress and disruption which is completely unacceptable

It wasn't very clean, besides there were bed bugs what caused our stay to be very unpleasant. We already reached out to the hotel for a compensation but we haven't had a follow up response yet.

The shower is very good There is no air condition as indicated initially when I booked the room. I was lucky that the weather wasn’t too hot during my journey !

Location, very easy to get to. Very basic. There was no bath maths for the shower, so the floor got wet.
