Rooms were great, staff was very helpful and kind, location was brilliant. Breakfast wasn’t the best food, I didn’t like that water wasn’t complimentary, at some occasions nobody would be answering the phone/reception despite saying that it is 24/7.

The location is absolutely amazing and close to everything. The reception staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. Also, the room was beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Nothing at all, everything was perfect

location is great, receptionist main one was good. the carpet is very dirty. sometimes the amenities were not replaced on a regular basis such as water or cotton buds. concierge a bit slow.

Everything was fantastic, really stylish boutique hotel. Great location. The rooms were FABULOUS. The rooms were a good size (even the comfy double), bed was the best I’ve ever had, everything in the room was quality. Penhaligans bath accessories, great air con & quiet too! Staff lovely & helpful. I will be back for certain. Nothing to dislike.
