The hotel is extremely well located. Walking distance from many main turístico sites and tube stations. Rooms were extremely small, barely fit 1 person with 1 bag. No ok for family travel with kids.

The location is fantastic, and the room is comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The staff are very friendly, and the complimentary daily bottled water is one of those thoughtful touches that makes the stay even more enjoyable. Beyond the rooms, there isn't much to the hotel facilities. While the rooms are modern and well-maintained, the shared areas feel dated, especially for the price.

Good sized room for central London. Newly refurbished (modern) and clean. Decent shower size with amenities and full size hairdryer. Nice smaller & quiter hotel with great service, best for decent night's sleep and for location. Shower water pressure not great, and closing doors from other rooms/guests can be loud.

Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Room was clean and comfortable with a good bathroom.

It was a lovely hotel, nicely located, charming staff. The rooms had been renovated and were nicely done if quite small (and I had been upgraded apparently!). So it was bijoux but charming. The hotel was still being renovated which I hadn't been made aware of before my stay, so there was drilling/building noise throughout the day. Thankfully I was out for most of it, but did have to shut all windows (it was a very warm day) to shut out a lot of noise during a work call. However they apologised at check out and offered me a discount on my next stay which I appreciated.

The staff was helpful. The room size was absolutely a cubical. Felt very suffocated in the room. It was a cozy double, however, the bedsize was super small for the two of us. Also, we had 3 bags, barely had any space to fit in the bags and us :-( The bathroom size also super small.

Spotlessly clean, comfy bed, lovely staff! Would have liked a fridge in the room, especially given the price we were paying.
