The only reason I didn't give a 10 is because the room is next to a steakhouse, and the smell of the meat entered the room via the bathroom vent all day long.

Amazing location. Comfortable bed with good amenities. Nice touch of free wine at 6pm. First room we stayed in was quite noisy from street. We complained and got moved. The staff were very helpful.

I really loved everything about my side. The front desk was super friendly. My room is available a little bit early. The room was clean. It was big. It was quiet. The bed was great. The pillows were great. They cleaned it every day which was super nice. They’re very responsive. Definitely will come back NA

Good location. Nice staff. Room very clean and a great size fort London. Tea and coffee facilities and small kitchen were brilliant. Window Blinds could have been better. They let too much light in. Extractor fan in bathroom didn’t work.

The whole staff was exceptional! The bed & sheets were extremely comfortable.

Bathroom and shower especially was stunning and refreshing. Bed was massive and so comfortable. Nothing bad at all.

The room was small for two people, but the staff allowed us to store our empty luggage with them which cleared up our space. There was a place to work which was great and the location offered so many options to walk to. The staff was wonderful and their candy treats are addictive.
