Excellent location very close to everything yet completely quiet. My corner room on the ground floor was great with plenty of light through the windows on both sides of the walls, the little kitchenette with a fridge was handy, the bathroom was fine size wise with a really good shower and lovely Molton Brown toiletries. The bed was very comfortable and the bed linen was excellent soft quality. Front desk staff in the day and at night/early hours were friendly. Would have liked to have used a bar area.

Location Room was really loud and small. On the bottom floor. Could hear everyone on the street and in the lobby. Cleaning staff woke me up in the morning because their supplies are on the bottom floor.

Location and friendly staff. Maintenance issues, clogged sink, bathroom door (pocket door) would not close fully, wood floor boards loose and dirty, etc….

Room was quite good. The gym that they have affiliation with is very good though. Location is super, super, super good. Staff are helpful and fair. I promised to give them another chance - and I will. A bit too expensive for a room with no breakfast, no pool, no gym in the hotel. Just seemed too steep. In addition, the AC kept going off, and it was one of the hottest weekends in London. Eventually I got transferred to another room (which was noisier). However, they deducted one night off so that was very fair. Hopefully UK gets better with AC tech guys - this kind of weather is supposedly a new thing.

Staff were very friendly and helpful - they made the stay for me! Central location, easy to get to from Heathrow station. The kitchenette with the Brita filter was great touch.

Ideally located for the show I was going to see. Be mindful that the property behind the hotel is on the same level. This means they look straight into your bedroom window. Best to keep the blinds down to resolve the issue.

Soho location was perfect but it was also so quiet which was brilliant considering it was right in the middle of soho. Whole place smelled divine beds so comfy shower great free welcome Drink and they called when room Was ready (early) Honestly nothing it was so great especially for the value
