Exceptional, exceptional staff! amazing time very well-versed in their area. Everything was maintained, cleaned and tidy during all times. Easley has become one of my favorite cities to travel to. I cannot emphasize how much people need to come here specifically to Soho.

The hall bathroom was rather small, so it felt uncomfortable to wash your hands and move around.

Location Discipline,

I liked that they have a common room to meet people. It’s also in a prime location. I think they need to invest in privacy curtains. That would make the experience a lot better for the guests. The bunks make it feel to exposed and cheep.

Location Mattress needs change. Please provide sime hangers for the guests. Rooms are too small and note recommended for claustrophobic people. Windows are dusty and floors looks sticky and dirty. Shower rooms are okay but the toilet needs to atleast have someone check from time to time to ensure cleanliness. The kitchen is averagely clean but the fabrics cover of the seats at the dining hall and reception needs to be changed as it is already sticky and covered with dirt. The kettle is the most disgusting thing in the kitchen, I almost vomit when I found out that the hot water I used came from those kettles. Change those please! You also need to ensure that the drinking faucet are cleaned all the time.

The staff is AMAZING. Incredibly attentive and kind, not just nice. I hope I return soon so I can see all of these wonderful people again, they made the whole difference in my stay and whatever they're being paid is not enough for everything they do. The cleaning staff is also super nice and helpful.

The beds have no privacy and the hallway lights are always on, which wakes everyone else up in the shared room when the door opens. There isn’t much personal space for devices, etc. in the bed area. The bathrooms weren’t continuously stocked with supplies and the sink was so tiny, difficult to use for anything other than washing hands.

Location for the price beat anything else I could find in central London. Very walkable. One bed was a real mattress and one wasn’t. You could feel the metal bed frame below the fake mattress.

location great

I was a bit skeptical cause I never stayed in a hostel before. They exceeded my expectations by far. It is very clean, well maintained, staff so kind, location fantastic. It is a good value for money and I will be coming back.

Location Beds were uncomfortable

It was under construction when I visited, and they had issues with the wifi... by the time we were leaving, the elevator stopped working ...

Some wall sockets didn’t work, which was a minor inconvenience. l corners of the room should have been cleaned.... The shared bathrooms and toilets were clean, which is always a big plus. The room had a sink and mirror, adding a bit of convenience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the dining area was well-equipped with everything needed to cook. The location is excellent—very central and close to everything, especially if you’re looking for fun nearby. Overall, a positive experience and a good place to stay. Some mold on the wall and ceiling and smells like dirty socks, not sure from where it was coming. - If I were looking for a 100% perfect stay.

as a first time guest , everthing was , brill .

The location is amazing. Next to multiple train stops and very central. The staff is also amazing. Shout out to Amanda and Teo specifically. The rooms are very small (I got a 4-person shared room) and the showers were okay (functional, but different shower heads in each, sometimes missing a towel hanger, etc). But overall not bad for a hostel experience !
