The staff was the best. Really helpful. All of them. The location was good as well. the room was really small even for one person. If two people stood up side by side you do not have any place to move. Also the room was vibrating due to the machines operating. Also the elevator was not going up to my room so had to carry luggages up via stairs

The hotel was excellent. We were welcomed into the hotel and the early access charge was waived and we went straight to our room. The lift was good. The room was excellent. The bed up against the wall was a bit awkward, but we knew about it before we arrived. I missed a chair in the room. Maybe a fold up seat on the wall at the end of the bed might be useful. The shower room worked well for us. And the tea/coffee/hairdryer great to be able to use. We did not go to the first floor for food simply because we chose to spend some money in the local eateries. The location was perfect for us as we enjoyed walking to the theatre, having a drink after and walking round the corner, without having to get on the tube.

Staff great room small but very well laid out facilities in the room were excellent Arrived 20 mins before check in time wanted to charge me 10 pounds extra i didnt like that..other hotels have allowed me to check in and upgraded me 2 hours before check in with no extra charges

The location was brilliant, everything is clean and tidy and the shower was lovely The bed was very uncomfortable, the pillows had feathers in them and I am allergic, the room was tiny, expected but not THAT small!! I’m an older gentleman who isn’t great with tech so a little note on how to work the blinds would have been lovely!

The room is small but so cleverly designed to include all you need for a short stay. It was clean and well equipped for the price. Even the AC was easy to use (frequently not the case in hotels!) and the shower pressure good. Staff were really helpful and friendly. The location couldn't have been any better - Oxford, Regent and Carnaby Street are on the doorstep. The mattress is relatively thin so noit the most comfortable.

The location is great! The space is perfect for the number of days we stayed and it is small but was exactly what we wanted since we weren’t in the room much. The food is 10/10!
