The location was decent. Everything else. Tiny rooms (the photos don’t do it justice). Rock hard bed. No fresh air. A toilet that is essentially in the room itself. I felt I was staying in a toilet.

The staff are all friendly. The room.was.nice,.clean and modern. Also very close to carnaby street but no noise in the room. The lift does take a few minutes. The bed was a little hard for my preferences.
