Hotel is located very near Oxford Circus and Carnaby Street in Soho. Staff are friendly and helpful and rooms are pleasant. I don't care for the pillows used at this hotel. They are way too soft and squish to nearly completely flat. I had to go to a nearby shop and buy myself a suitable pillow.

Excellent location, friendly staff. Poor A/C, the room was constantly hot. The housekeeping was below standard (items left on the floor, empty tissue box not replaced!

Rooftop bar had a great view, good drinks, and the food was decent. Front desk attendant was very nice and our room was ready early. Pool closes at 7p - odd as that is when people want to relax after a long day... The hot water in the shower was drunk and didn't know what it wanted to be.

AC blew out hot air

It was comfortable. Easy to get to places from there. Staff was nice

Breakfast room still felt like in a courthouse , absolutely get that's it's history but tile quite off putting ,slightly disorganized breakfast, offered options after full plate of food chosen and it was quiet so not busy. Ladies toilets , initially thought posh design , on washing hands tired bowls and tap didn't work properly

My family loved this hotel.

The location was fantastic, the room was spacious and clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The water in the shower would cycle from warm to cold, making for a very uncomfortable experience.

rooms clean and spacu ious

Staff is always friendly and accomodating. The hotel is located near Oxford Circus making it an ideal location for a visit to central London. Rooms are spacious by London standards. The pillows are way too puffy and not comfortable. They collapse when you lay down on them and it takes 4 pillows to get enough pillow underneath for my comfort.

It was first rate

Location was the best for where we needed to be. Breakfast was good, good options. Cleanliness was topnotch. Coffee tasted good, but I was still pining for a coffee machine that can make a cappuccino, or something fancier than coffee in a pot.

Location Heating did not work 2 days out of total 4 days. Worse part was that we could not stop AC working and it was blowing cold

Amazing location. Polite staff. An old-fashioned breakfast for a 5-star hotel. They first took us to the wrong room, which was a lower category than what we had booked. Then they moved us to the correct suite, but it was extremely cold, and we had a small child with us. In the end, we were placed in a decent room, but still not the one we originally paid for. The interior design is a bit outdated. With such an amazing exterior, I think the inside could be much better.
