The location was fantastic and the size of the room was good I was on the 5th floor with the rooftop bar directly above which was noisy until 11/11:30. Not ideal when on a work trip

Excellent location, friendly staff. Poor A/C, the room was constantly hot. The housekeeping was below standard (items left on the floor, empty tissue box not replaced!

The staff and location of the hotel were excellent. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. All staff were pleasant and polite. The breakfast in the hotel is awful. For £25 per person you can have a cold, soggy breakfast. Someone took my cutlery off the table before I had even eaten anything. The bill was placed on the table and we were asked to pay before finishing our meal. The space is cramped. Food is was horrible, cold and very limited choice. The roof top terrace had a major issue with us paying cash for our drinks and didnt have any change so on top of there 12.5% charge they got an extra £10.

Large room, very clean and bed was comfy. Hotel is in a great location, on 10 mins to theatre district and 20 to covent garden. Room was tired, seat in room was ripped, carpet was baggy and curtains didn't fit the window so was awoken at 5am when the sunrose.

Location is excellent. Tired room, broken sink, needs a full refurbishment. I asked for the heating to be 21 because the room was cold. When we returned it was 17 degrees. Poor nights sleep.
