The rooms are tiny. The staff was not helpful. We arrived 15 mins early and they would not check us in. At 3pm a line started forming and it was 4pm before we made it to our room. The AC was dirty and was blowing soot on the bed. L

The rooms are really tiny the shower is extremely dangerous when wet, the first room they gave us we can barely breathe because of the cigarette smell and no windows can be opened in any of the rooms. The mattress are old and hard

heating in the room did not work and very cold, staff promised to bring heater, after an hour I had to go back down to reception to collect the heater myself . water for bath was luke warm .breakfast was a joke no hot water for a cup of tea

Room was too small and air conditioning didn't work during stay. Could not open the window. Was like in sauna.
