Kanley and David are amazing. The place is clean, neat, welcoming. Rooftop patio is a nice surprise. Great location.

Friendly staff who cared about their guests Beautiful corner of Vauxhall with a pretty community garden and good public transport nearby. We were in a lower ground floor room which was very comfortable and cool in the summer heatwave. The rumbling of the underground trains was a bit annoying.

The property was beautiful, the shared breakfast with the 2 gentleman waiters was the highlight. Such lovely men. Fresh red roses were delightful. The bed was a little on the small side. The room was very warm.

We loved the bed and breakfast. The rooms were cozy and each one had a bathroom. It was super close to the rail station and super close to all the major sites that you would want to see in London. The best part, was the morning breakfast. The food was outstanding, the conversation was great, and the hosts were incredible. Loved it all

Kanley and David and the rest of their staff went out of their way to make our stay most enjoyable. The room was lovely and their breakfasts were first rate. The location to the Vauxhall Station was ideal to get around London. Great value for your money and was among the best three places we stayed on our 40 day trip to the UK. When we return to London, we will definitely stay with them

Very handily situated for Kia Oval cricket ground and Vauxhall station. Management and staff were very friendly. Full English breakfast was tasty. Room was very small, particularly the bathroom, without much natural light. Absolutely ridiculous cost per night for the facilities provided.

A pleasant part of Lambeth to stay, Vauxhall Grove is only ten minutes away from both the Underground and the Oval. Staff friendly and attentive and we particularly enjoyed chatting over the very good breakfasts with our fellow cosmopolitan guests. Nothing

My second stay at 69 and we were made extremely welcome. The excellent breakfast is always a bonus.

Exceptional

The guys were so friendly and helpful. Communicated very well before we arrived with directions from our airport. Loved the big table at breakfast where we got to meet other guests. The great big bowl of fruit for breakfast was delicious. Location was outstanding with bus and tube stations very close by. They let us leave our luggage after check out for picking up later. We will be back.

Our stay at 69TheGrove was awesome! The hosts were very lovely and we felt like at home. The breakfasts very tasty, the place was cute, clean and had all the necessary things one needs for a stay. The location was great! Highly recommend!
