Location was good for our purpose in London as we needed to be near Brick Lane. Nice aesthetic in the lobby! The television ( Comcast ) was down in the entire building so no ability to watch FIFA or even cast your own device on the TV for evenings, very boring as I contemplate the cost of this room.

Perfectly situated, very close to plenty of restaurants and cafes. 3 minutes walk to train stations. Walking distance to Shoreditch, Bangla town curry mile and very safe area. Staff are very helpful and was always available for all our requirements. The Air Conditioner not been available throughout the day and switched on only at night was the only problem and was quite a concerning problem unfortunately. But the staff were very helpful to switch on each time.

If you are 3 people and the sofa is open, there is not much space to move in the room. It would be nice to have some oil if you want to cook, as it is difficult to bring this on a plane.

Very clean, good facilities in room with fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fan etc.. Friendly and helpful staff. Only negative was that we had requested a twin room and given a double but understand that requests are not always possible.

Location and amenities were good. If someone is staying for 5 nights then one time cleaning can be offered for free.

Location Staff ! No hot water second last day Last night there was a flood right above my family's apartment. The whole building was evacuated. The fire exit was actually locked. No staff onsite for well over an hour and even when they did show up they were clueless. Fire firefighters were left to manage the crowd and deal with the emergency. My family couldn't stay in the apartment that night and couldn't access the room because the staff had 'no key' the person who has the key wouldn't t be in until morning despite my partner's blood pressure medicine being locked inside the room. Next morning all the stuff was soaking in the room and we had to travel back with soaking wet clothes and shoes. They sent a generic email and a refund of one night ! Still yet to receive any response from management as to my complaint of how the whole situation was managed and the blatant lack of safety by this hotel and staff.

    Noise transfer between rooms

There was no restaurant and we didn’t care to pay $20 for a buffet everyday on top of everything else… The location was interesting…

The staff was amazingly friendly and when they heard that my son my mum and me had a bet going on about whether the room is ready or not and the looser had to pay for ice cream we got a complementary one. The room had everything needed… most comfortable bed and pillows ever and the view from 12th floor was just wow. There was a dishwasher, big fridge with ice shelf and branded dishes and cutlery. The shower was spacious and clean as was the whole room when we arrived. There was a capsule coffee machine and tea beats as well as milk in the fridge. Location was good: calm and close to brick lane and Spitalfields and underground and busses run nearby. A Tesco supermarket is also not too far away. That the Windows couldn’t be opened and the AC was sort of always running was a bit irritating but once could get used to this. A bit more storage room for the clothes would have been great but there were some drawers and hangers and we managed to live out of the suitcases.

We got moved to Wilde Liverpool Street due to maintenance, but it was all handled smoothly and fantastic location. Very clean room, with good amenities. Staff super friendly and helpful. Would gladly stay at Wilde accommodation again. Nothing

Stated had parking even for a fee but they don’t. Only reason I booked as I had a car

Room smelt really clean, and was prepared nicely. Kitchen facilities were really nice, and allowed us to make breakfast and have a snack before bed. Room was a little cramped with the sofa bed in use, but only to be expected.

Staff was very helpful, polite and welcoming. Really great location and interior design. Everything was pretty clean, but the room could have used just a bit more dusting and vacuum cleaning. Nothing outrageous though.

The location was AMAZING for getting around. Liverpool station is right there and there are also food places that are very easy to get to in the area. The size of the room was perfect and those blackout curtains! I had to force myself to get up some days. The staff was also very attentive and helpful when I needed them. I LOVED the mirror in the elevator. It gives an added touch that is unexplainable, especially for last minute touch ups/glances if needed. The air in the room could have been better for warmth. The bathroom didn't have any heat from what I noticed and the heat in the room wasn't always the greatest. I liked the towel warmer rack which helped a bit with heating up the towel to combat the cold coming out the shower. I also had some trouble with the laundry system and had to download an app I did not want to just to get it done.
