The location was perfect for our needs in east London. We went to drop our bags off ahead of plans but were able to check in early as our room was cleaned already, This seemed to be a general concept not an exception. Was a really nice bonus and the staff were really helpful about it all and welcoming. With check out not until 12pm such good value!! Can't fault it!

Amazing bed that was big, really big tv, very nice looking bathroom, hairdryer was really strong which was good. Wonderful staff, really happy with 24/7 reception as I checked in around 2:30am, I like how the front door was locked and only opened by security at night, good checkout time at 12pm. When I first checked in, my flight arrived at 6am and I went straight to the hotel. I think I got there around 9:45am and my room was ready by 10:30am, 5 hours earlier than check in time!! I booked 2 separate stays as I went away for the weekend and they were able to hold my suitcase there when I was away, amazing service. Also held my luggage when I checked out but my flight was a bit later. I would’ve liked a microwave, mini fridge wasn’t cold enough, the barcode for sotto room service wasn’t working.

Good location and lovely and helpful staff There is no parking facilities and nearby parking bays allow very limited stay time so luggage unloading was quite tricky.

A good hotel for a four-star stay. It was clean, comfortable, and in a very good location, with easy access to the Underground and convenient connections to get anywhere in London. Overall, a pleasant stay and good value for the location

Modern, clean, spacious and friendly. Excellent room aircon, no noise from other rooms, plus, an excellent location, with Aldgate East about 3 minutes walk. Friendly and helpful staff, with an efficient self-checkin kiosk which was easy to use and worked well. This is simply a great place to stay in East London. Nothing, it was just excellent

Close to national express from Stansted airport, Whitchapel Good bed That hotel is no way a 4*, it looks very modest inside, no toilet brush I had to clean it by hand-that’s something new, never seen it!

It was really quite and heard no traffic. Air conditioning in rooms was a god send as it was so hot. easy access to tube station.
