- location (metro station, a supermarket, two food halls and plenty of restaurants nearby) - a clean, spacious room without a carpet on the whole floor (which was not that easy to find, no idea why british people love carpets so much - unhygienic, I don't believe it would be thoroughly cleaned after every guest) - big shower - fridge in the room - air conditioning - friendly staff, plus the guys during breakfast were really observant, cleaning everything immediately, really doing their best - quick wifi (it wasn't reconnecting automatically though) - provided toiletries had a very nice smell - breakfast - no decent bread (only toast), limited selection, veggies only available in a form of a salad, very dry scrambled eggs, bacon greasy rather than crunchy; also, I feel like the food area was too small compared to how busy it could get - to install a smart tv in the room and not let people stream from their own services? Waste of potential

It was a perfect choice for our short stay in London. The location was amazing - we could even walk to some of the tourist attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The choice of vegetables and bread at breakfast was a bit limited but overall, I would not have anything to complain about.
