Rooms are very small and humid smelling , couldnt find my neck pillow and remembered in check out, they said they didnt find as well
-
Very close to the underground! Literally was just around the corner. The bed and pillows were not super comfy but it was fine for one night.

Great staff, super helpful. Excellent location. Room bigger than expected. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment! Would stay again. terrible pillows!!

The price, particularly for our final night felt excessive but realize that is standard in London for time of year with number of events on. Comparitively price was ok overall.

The air circulation wasn't that good

I really enjoyed the location, it's near so many restaurants and shops and beautiful buildings! Breakfast was awful. I vomited after I ate that scrubled so-called-eggs, so the 1st impression wasn't so good

The location is good. Near Aldgate east metro station. Many restaurants near. The location is good. The room was too small. Toilet and bathroom too small. Wifi doesn’t work in the room and stuff also know about it.

We only stay here when visiting London. Great location and the hotel staff are super friendly. The only negative thing about the stay was the internet in the room and the television down stairs was interrupted when watching the football. This did not spoil our stay.

Nothing Not properly cleaned

Size of the room was good for 2-3 people to accomodate at a time. No phone inside the room. Need to go to the reception for anything in downstaris. There is no direct bus to the liverpool street station from the hotel. It is little hastle to carry heavy luggeges while walking to the station. Though there was taxi services but overpriced in comparison to the distance they might cover.

Breakfast was tasty but the best part is that Underground station is just at the corner of the hotel!

The room smelled really bad - like rotten. I had a situation where a friend left me medication but the receptionist did not put any effort to find it. I had to check the next day and a gentleman- Faisal - was checking everywhere and found it. The lady did not bother to move from chair to check and was arrogant . This happened on the 25th at 1 AM

The location was terrific - very near the Aldgate East stop. Excellent buffet breakfast with huge selection. I stayed here at the beginning and end of a two-week visit to the UK. The first room (3 nights at the beginning of my trip) fronted the street and it was quite loud until close to midnight.) the second room (2 nights at the end of my trip) faced the inner courtyard and was blissfully quiet.) I recommend asking for a courtyard facing room!

Location No fridge

The man at checkin was very friendly and helpful. Room was fine and clean. I had a room at the end of the hall so it was very quiet. Location of hotel is great to get everywhere - lots of restaurants in the neighbood, room had iron and hair dry. I had my room cleaned every other day, they did not replace the tea or clean out the tea cups, no safe in room, no coffee in room, no fridge in room.

Excellent location, comfortable bed Bathroom small, shower drain wasn’t working well.

Near Aldgate East tube stop, good value breakfast with huge selecton and “all you can eat” buffet style. Friendly and helpful staff. Stayed 3 night at beginning of trip in a room on the street side. Very loud with drunken people and sirens until after 11:00. Stayed 2 nights at end of trip in room on the inner courtyard side. It was gloriously quiet.
