The location and the staff. When I told them that I wouldn’t stay because of the level of cleanliness, they offered not yo charge me for the cost of the stay. I don’t see that my money was returned. Not sure if this is a Booking.com problem. The cleanliness

I liked that I only paid for 1 night. And didn’t waste my money twice on a room that someone couldn’t be arsed to clean properly. This is unfortunately a very dirty hotel. The hotels aesthetic was nice but cleanliness matters more. The first room smelled like damp, with dirty cutlery left in the room from previous users. I asked for a different room as the smell was not bearable. The second room had crumbs and bits of food on the floor and the surfaces. Along with the scariest looking stains on the sofa which I couldn’t possibly sit on.
