Ckean cozy location No tv

Windowless, room extremely small, no cattle (no space for it) for early coffee. Low value for money

It should mention before you pay , avoid if you are claustrophobic, I tried to cancel my booking .. or get part of my money back, because I could stay in the room more than 3 minutes. I steal get anxious thinking if that room that felt like a grave. The staff were friendly and helpful. They had a Zen vibe throughout the hotel and the staff were calm and kind(shout out to Ola!). The room was clean and simple- perfect if you’re spending your time exploring the city. The room was clean and modern with plugs to charge (USB and USBC). It was quite and you didn’t hear the bustle of the city. In beautiful Knightsbridge- this upper class neighbourhood had Harrods market right around the corner for food, a beautiful coffee shop beside the hotel, and a lovely little pub around the corner. The Tube is across the street which made it easy to get around the city and to Heathrow airport (no change of lines needed!). There is also plenty of bus routes near by! Very great hotel for central london

The main advantages of this accommodation are its location and price. It is close to Hyde Park and the Underground. The facilities are freshly renovated. The concierge is welcoming and will store your bag before check-in, or after check-out if needed. The downside is that it is extremely compact, more than I expected. You do not just give up a window, you also give up any space to put your things. There is only about one and a half to two square metres of free space. There is some storage under the bed where you can put your bags. Despite being advertised as double occupancy, I do not think it would fit two people. The shower is spacious, but the sink is very small, similar to an airplane sink, and it is difficult to use. There are only two hangers for clothes. Do not expect to be able to sit and do any work there. I have seen people use the couch in the corridor as a compromise.

Nothing Everything. Room was way too small, the room had no drinking glasses and no TV.

Beautiful, clean, and nice staff Literally a cocoon, barely a space of 2 standing luggage’s between bed and bathroom. Just the bed and bathroom, no space to sit other than the bed. Feels like an elevated prison in the room. However! It has elevator and staff are all smiles, easy access, and clean.

It was conveniently located and inexpensive for the area. My room was weird. No windows, not very clean (hair from the previous guest was everywhere ?), and for some reason I was given the handicap accessible room even though I’m not handicap, so the layout of the room was super awkward.
-
Super central location, next to the tube. The Cocoon room is very small - basically the size of the bed (and no windows). But if you just need a centrally located place to sleep, it serves the purpose.

Immediately after completing my online booking and payment, I realised that the room I had booked had no windows. I contacted your team via chat within five minutes to request assistance and enquire about upgrade options. While I understand that cancellations may not typically be allowed under your policy, I reached out almost instantly after booking to find a solution. Unfortunately, I was informed that no upgrades were available and was redirected between multiple support channels, booking chat, WhatsApp, and now email without receiving a clear resolution. The overall experience has been extremely disappointing. The hotel’s support has been inconsistent and unclear, and I have been met with expectations and explanations that are neither logical nor reasonable.
