We absolutely loved this hotel. We stayed for a week in April, and it could not have been a better choice. The staff was warm, helpful, and easy to work with, and the apartment was spacious, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was perfect—just minutes from Harrods and an easy walk to major museums, parks, shops, and restaurants. It was one of those rare places that truly lived up to everything we hoped for, and we would happily stay here again. Nothing. It was a fantastic apartment.

The staff are wonderful, from the very warm welcome to ongoing communication during our stay. Little things like the fresh bread, milk and orange juice are indicative of the way they treat their guests. Although this is a busy area (just behind Harrods) the apartment itself is quiet. Location is convenient to Tube and lots of shops, restaurants and grocery stores within easy walking distance.
