We have come to this Hotel a few times. All round very helpful staff and friendly. The staff always help to help and the standards were fantastic overall. To be honest we loved it. There was nothing in particular we didn’t like, maybe the hours for kids at the pool could have been more.

Nice central Knightsbridge location. Recently refurbished Pushing on the customers the Halal menu in London! Because the owners are Emirati,that doesn’t mean the customers in Europe have to observe Muslim traditions as well. I understand it in Dubai,but not in London! But even in the UAE you can buy pork in some supermarkets and buy alcohol in most places! Unacceptable!

The staff were fantastic and gave a really great service, there was not enough they could do for you and made sure every request was fulfilled. They helped decorate the room for my girlfriends birthday and she was over the moon Nothing
